Colac Otway Council have no idea what they are doing

 If ratepayers don't change the situation NOW  in October 2020 , ratepayers will end up paying twice the price ( pay both COT and GORCA )  for some of the most expensive regional house sites and inaction in the State .There is a lot more here  http://otwaysonline.blogspot.com
