We have been away --travelling through New south wales and northern Victoria .
So good to be back , You may not get paid but you grow great things like the meat wool grain and cream that makes us all smile ,
Whatever you people do ,, you deserve better than patronising from our Premier .


If you are depressed by the careless talk of the Premier - you are not alone . One reason the conservatives performed poorly in the Victorian election was because our forces are weak and have been weakening.( Greg Sheridan in the Australian )The reactionary elements in our community have eroded our geographical representation ( by shaming the idea with the word gerrymander )and that  has deeply corrupted the country and our sense of a fair working democracy - which is always more than a mere numbers game..
 Everything including our Shires are infected with a tyrannical respect for what the city knows and how it would do things better in our territory . Reactionaries like to make life simple. Symbolically they are busy building better roads to nowhere in particulat , and calling it progress.
Daniel Andrews talks carelessly about suicide. Not being understood ( heard) and told that we are backward (not progressive ) is the sort of shallow logic that depresses and kills in the country
Deeply depressing also is the fact that any twit who wants a career in handing out lollies and talking up their own cleverness ( that word was used against us a lot this weekend ) can seem to find a home amongst the fat cats    .
Corruption of the mind comes first . Simplifing things comes second. Calling democracy simply about the numbers might come third . You wouldn't allow such simple nonsense in your family if you want to make it work. You wouldn't be discriminating against the country by calling yourselves the clever lot.
