Free range dairying

While having a nice space to keep warm in winter is not a bad idea , SW Victoria boasts a climate and soils that enable highly productive open range dairying during its long growing season 8-11mths . The cows get out and about most of the day .
Our butter and ice cream have got reputations for being amongst the best .( Western Star's recent accolades )
 Lets encourage  more objective labeling of products so consumers can support both quality and sustainability.
