Grab the vine and and hang it up outside. If boxing them ,put em in layers with paper/cardboard . Ethylene gas ( not the sun )will help ripen em - Apples, ripe tomatoes and passion fruit are good sources of it . Avoid fridge -lose flavour in the fridge ..

Find images of plants,soils by accessing Plant data base and typing the names into GOOGLE IMAGES . Its very good
